1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hydagency's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Hydagency provides custom software development (web, mobile, desktop), UI/UX design services, digital marketing services, ready-made software products, and technical consulting and support.
3. Product Licenses
When you purchase a software product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use the product to create competing products.
4. Payment & Refunds
All prices are in INR. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Digital products have no refunds after access is granted unless materially defective. Defective products will be fixed or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
5. Custom Development
Custom projects are governed by separate project agreements. Client is responsible for timely feedback and approvals. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA applies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Hydagency and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to violate applicable laws, transmit spam/malware, attempt unauthorized system access, engage in fraud, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, or collect user data without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydagency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Karnataka, India.
